Great Care

Had to get my fuel pump fixed...for 3rd time in 2 years. First 2 times were at another garage. First...just normal age of vehicle. Second a year later under warranty. This time...my original mechanic could not find a problem. (They got it started AFTER pushing it into the garage) They couldn't diagnose a problem since it started. Broke down again 3 days later. Called Ben at Expert Car Care on a Saturday. He returned my call after hours on a weekend. Was courteous and knowledgeable of the issue. After contemplating whether to get it fixed a 3rd time under warranty or take to a new mechanic, I decided to give Expert Car Care a chance to earn my trust. Ben got back to me and confirmed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. A bit higher than I expected...but this would be a GM factory part and not a cheap after market junk part which what I was originally getting. I'm pleased that I won't be waiting another 10 months for the same problem to occur since Expert Car Care gave me a proper fix with a reliable part. Thank you guys You're awesome

My usual service station closed down. A friend recommended I try this place. I signed up on their website and received 50% for my oil change. A car was is also included. They were very good about answering my questions for another service that I need. I will return here again.

I got a oil change and had air filter installed. They installed my pre-purchased air filter free of change and i had a low air pressure light on in my car. They corrected the low pressure without me asking. Very freindly and call me as soon as my car was ready to pick up. I will gladly reccomend them to Freinds.
